16 Minute EMOM 
Set timer for 16 minutes. Within the first minute you complete 8 burpees & 8 tricep push ups and REST the remainder of the minute.
Minute two you will complete 20 seconds of 180 Squat Jumps, 20 seconds of Jumping Lunges and  REST the remainder of the minute.
Complete this for 16 minutes alternating which exercise you complete each minute. 
(Every Minute on the Minute)

Odd Minutes:
8 Burpee

8 Tricep Push Ups

Even Minutes:

20 seconds 180 Squat Jumps

20 seconds Jumping Lunges

20 seconds rest

4 Rounds

10 Thrusters

10 Push Up Planks 

10 (5 EL) Reverse Lunge Kicks

10 X Jumps/Power Jacks
