When you show up for yourself, you can show up for others as well. The goal is always to fill your cup first! Put on your oxygen mask first! Today you will face some "resistance" band exercises. When resistance gets hard you push harder! 



Complete 1 minute of each exercise for 3 to 4 rounds 
Walks (In and Out)

Front Back Jumps 
Reverse Lunge  (EL)
Reverse Lunge Tricep Extensions (EL)
Side Lunge 
Bent Bicep Curl 
Front Back Fly 
Power Twist (ES)


ES = Each Side 
EL = Each Leg 

Remember to practice good form over speed!
