WEEKEND CHALLENGE: Open less packages. When you eat clean, raw, natural food you automatically open less packages. Track how many packages of food you open this weekend (count eating out as 2 packages at least). Focus on eating foods that would "go bad" if you did not eat it over a certain period of time. The less preservatives in the food the less time it stays "good". How many packages did you open?
