These kinds of workouts are mental. Start from 21 and end with 21 the way the workout was designed. I created it this way so you are able to say to yourself "I have already done this" by the time you get back to 21 and it seems like your energy is spent train your brain to push through because you already have and you can again! Write it on a post it note, post it on your mirror whatever works!
